Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Slow shuttle service took 45 minutes.

Good-sized rooms with double bed available. Good location for visiting restaurants and bars. Loved nice quiet area.

The hotel has a wonderful location if you need to stay one night as it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle service. But if you're planning on getting out of town, it's best to look for something closer to Downtown (the trip to Uber from the hotel to Downtown is around $25-30). The neighborhood is very quiet. The room is big enough. The staff are very friendly, they gave cookies on arrival. Breakfast isn't very varied, but it's enough to eat and go for a walk.

The number's dark. No towel dryer. The windows overlooked the parking lot and the next building, even though it was far away, was still uncomfortable. Blackout curtains were only on the floor of the window, so it seemed like you were being watched from the next building. There wasn't much room for breakfast, tables were busy, but there was a bar at which breakfast was allowed. The transfer is quite strange from the airport to the hotel, we picked up more pilots on the way and stopped at another hotel in the same chain (so if you have limited time, you should consider that the road will take about 15-20 minutes).

the location was absolutely perfect, very close to airport and cookies, the mall, starbucks, wholefoods, yoga works, theatre and gas stations and supermarket.

The location is great, noiseless, breakfast at 4, but enough. The rooms are clean. Nice staff.

They even had those signature cookies, you know the ones, available all hours-nice little perk.

It wasn't inexpensive but still fairly acceptable considering the amenities.

The hotel is very modern and large, with a large entrance hall, restaurant service, heated swimming pool and hot tub outside, as well as a nice decoration. The room is large and spacious, with room for several suitcases and a large comfortable bed. Good quality of sleep. It has the courtesy of leaving two bottles of water and of course, coffee and tea service. They give you a hot biscuit when you check in, and they have water with fruits to drink at any time at the reception. They have free shuttle service to the airport. In principle it is a plus, but there was some problem that I relate below. The breakfast is very good: natural juice (something not usual in Californian hotels), fresh and varied pastries, breads, homemade yogurts, good coffee, infusions, eggs, sausages, and other hot meals. Quality and variety.

There were two things I didn't like. first is the shuttle service. you get to the airport, you have to call the hotel to have a "uber" company pick you up. We waited 40 minutes because there was a lot of traffic and we thought it was delayed, other ubers were arriving and ours was not. So we called again and they told us that they had already picked us up. Obviously, that was not true. I don't understand what happened and who was to blame, a distance of 10 minutes in the end took us almost an hour and 20. They say that it's mandatory in case you break something or take something at the restaurant, that they already deduct it from there. So we decided to have dinner there, when it's my surprise they charged me for dinner too! I complained to make the check-out and they told me that the blocked thing would be returned to me, you should know that it took 15 days to make such return. Besides, I found a charge of about 10 euros from the hotel too, they say they don't know about after several attempts to talk to them, that they didn't charge it, on my card it's charged, it's not a blockage and it comes from them, so I reported it to my bank as an "unrecognized charge" and there they are investigating what happened. I loved the hotel, I have a trip to LA next year, these two details have made me decide that I will not stay again.

The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining spots like the Plaza El Segundo. We enjoyed some lovely patio brunches and even had the chance to check out the Mattel Toy Store right next door, a hit with the kids.

In my wife's opinion, the cleaning services need improvement. It would be great if they provided a more thorough room cleaning, especially when accommodating families with little ones.

It is clean and well arranged hotel, close to the airport and in a very quite and secure area.

Very poor internet conection and you have to stay at the loby area to use ur laptop not in your own room ! and the busniss center all the coputers the net not working propperly !

Great Stay for Families Near LAX!

We had a fantastic family getaway with comfortable beds and great access to LAX. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Don't miss the onsite dining-it's delicious! Pro-tip, Ask for extra towels upon arrival for convenience.

Charge for the access to the internet. No complimentary breakfasts.

There is no Chinese food in the restaurant! I am not used to eat western food.
